These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and j63 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing j63 through the website at j63.onl, the j63 mobile application, or any other access point we operate, you accept these Terms without modification.

These Terms apply to all use of the j63 platform including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and participation in any promotions. Additional terms may apply to specific games, features, or promotional offers and will be made available at the point of participation.

To register and use the j63 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share access to your j63 account with any other person.

All transactions on j63 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.

j63 does not accept deposits made by credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. Deposit attempts using these methods will be rejected.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction. j63 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso via the same payment channels used for deposits where applicable. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is released. j63 may request supporting documentation including a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Processing times vary based on the payment channel selected and your account's VIP tier. VIP members from Silver tier upward receive priority processing. Standard account withdrawal requests are processed in normal queue order.

j63 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. We are not obligated to release funds until any such investigation is resolved.

Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

All bets placed on j63 are final once confirmed. j63 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted and accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to verify your selections before confirming any wager.

Game outcomes on j63 — including casino games, live dealer results, sports event outcomes, and fish game capture results — involve elements of chance. j63 makes no representation that any game or betting activity will result in a profit. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing error, j63 reserves the right to void affected bets. Where a void is applied, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

From time to time, j63 may offer bonuses, reload rewards, cashback, or other promotional benefits to players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the point the offer is made available.

General conditions that apply to all j63 promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only, as specified in each offer's terms.
• j63 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or other manipulative methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• j63 does not publish specific bonus percentages, minimum deposit requirements, or wagering turnover requirements on general information pages. Terms specific to each offer are the binding reference.

Self-exclusion, once applied, is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion — including by registering a new account — is a breach of these Terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination, and possible forfeiture of balances:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, j63 may withhold any account balance pending investigation. If fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Players may request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances in verified accounts will be returned to the player's registered payment method after KYC checks are completed.

j63 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control, including network disruptions or third-party service failures.

j63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from gaming activity. Your total liability claim against j63 for any cause shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

j63 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of j63 after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
